Crowdfunding – How does it work?
Crowdfunding is a fund-raising process that opens up privately held company to a wider investor circle. Crowdfunding allows small as well as large investors to participate in potentially interesting start-ups that would be inaccessible otherwise.
Will I become a shareholder?
Yes, every investor will receive shares proportionally to the invested amount. The final amount will depend on the final number of investors and the total amount raised.
Crowdfunding Campaign – Timeline
Our campaigns opens to the public on the 15th of March 2021 and is already available for pre-registered members starting Friday the 12th of March. The campaign will last for 2 months.
What will the raised funds be used for?
We will use the funds to start the construction of our first production plant.
Overfunding – What would happen if the campaign raises additional funds?
An overfunding would help us to achieve our goals faster. It would not negatively affect any early crowdfunding investors in any way. We would simply hand out more equity to satisfy the demand.
When do I have to make the payment?
No payment is required during the campaign – the money is only pledged at this time. Once the campaign closes successfully, you will be asked for a confirmation following which the money is deducted from your account. Hence, you can still opt-out until that point.
How do you receive your shares?
The shares will be issued by our crowdfunding partner seeders and following your payment. After a successful campaign, it takes around 4 weeks until the share certificate is issued.
